David was born in Anchorage, Alaska and was a member of the Lutheran Faith. He was a retired medical Doctor. He was preceded in death by his mother, Jeanne H. C. Martin Day.
Survivors include his father, Alvin Leon (Linda) Day; brothers, Robert A. Day (Glenda H.) of Warner Robins, Ga., Stephen Day (Sarah) of Panama City, Fla., John Day (Lizbeth) of Orlando, Fla.; sisters, Julia Sammons (Perry) of Cheswald Delaware, Marcie Whitney (Mark) of Pensacola, Fla. Laurie Day-Parker (David) of Jupiter, Fla.
Clark Funeral Home of Hawkinsville, Georgia is in charge of the arrangements.
