David Charles Dieckhoff

David C. Dieckhoff, 68, of Port Jefferson Station, NY passed suddenly on July 31, 2023. This gentle soul loved music, was artistic and well versed on many topics. He was the beloved husband of Patricia (Wagenhofer) Dieckhoff. Born in Paterson, NJ, he was the son of the late Richard Pershing and Ethel (Kingsley) Dieckhoff. David graduated Hauppauge High School and was awarded a four year scholarship to attend Rutgers University School of Pharmacy. Along with his wife, David is survived by his children: Rachel (Vincent) DiPippo of Johnston, RI, Eric (Laura) Dieckhoff of Port Jefferson, NY and Daniel Dieckhoff of Port Jefferson, NY. Grandchildren: Sophia DiPippo, Gabriella DiPippo, Frank Dieckhoff and Nicholas Dieckhoff. Sister Jean Mandilk of Florida. David was preceded in death by his brother Richard Dieckhoff and sister Linda Rao, both of Pennsberg, PA.
