David DuPont Obituary

David P. DuPont

David P. DuPont, 51, passed away April 3, 2025, at home with his family. He was born February 3, 1974, to Walter and Yvonne (Furry) DuPont, Jr., in Toledo. He was a graduate of Rogers High School. David worked for many years at Lott Industries. He was a member of St. Ignatius Catholic Church. David was an avid Ohio State University and Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He enjoyed vacationing with his family, traveling throughout the country from Maine to California.

David is survived by his parents; siblings, Joseph (Therese) of CA, Timothy (Julie) of Toledo, Amy Horak of Toledo, Dustin (Rachel) of Toledo; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents; and brothers, Thomas and Walter, III.

Special thanks to Hospice of Northwest Ohio and the many friends for their support during this difficult time.

I have known the DuPont family for quite a few years, David was very "SPECIAL ADULT" and very special to his family. He really like his sports. He will be miss for a long time. I think of him and his brothers all the time. Life is so short that God said it was time to come with him up in Heaven and be with his brother's Tom and Wally. God only takes the best and these young fellows are with him. God Bless each and every one that reads this. I am not good in words. I try to do my best. Walter/Yvonne you have my condolences. I pray for all every night., God Bless You All and your loved ones. R.I. P. David, Tom and Wally. We will never forget you three fellows.
