Dad,

I don´t know how to say goodbye to someone who shaped my whole world. So instead, I´ll say this: Thank you for your strength, guidance, & your love. I will live in a way that honors you. I will hold onto your lessons, your laughter, and your peace. Thank you for believing in me & shaping the person I am today. You may not be here beside me, but you will always be within me.

Love always your daughter,
Elizabeth

Gail I am deeply sorry for your loss! I share fond memories of listening to music in your backyard under the stars telling stories about our childhood with Dave laughing and questioning our adventures! May his smile and laugh always shine down
