Funeral Services will be at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at James O'Donnell Funeral Home in Hannibal, MO. Rev. Stephanie Himmel will officiate. Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Hannibal, MO.
Friends and Family are invited to David's Life Celebration at a visitation that will be from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Wednesday, at the funeral home.
David was born April 6, 1953, in Hannibal, MO to William Epperson and Lucille Gilliland Epperson.
Survivors include his son, Wesley Epperson (Jessi Jones) of Ewing, MO; one brother, Dale Epperson of New London, MO; one sister, Susan Gollaher (Calvin) of Hannibal, MO; three grandchildren, David, Casey, and Sunny; and several nieces and nephews.
David was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Willie Epperson; and two sisters, Julie Collum and Dorothy Lumberg.
David retired from Manchester Tank where he spent many years as a steel worker and metal fabricator.
David enjoyed the simple pleasures in life. A quiet afternoon fishing, mowing his yard, or simply watching Star Trek brought David joy. David enjoyed going to Royal Garden and Saints Avenue to indulge in delicious all you can eat meals. Above all, David treasures his family and the moments they spent together.
Pallbearers will be Wesley Epperson, David Epperson, and Casey Epperson.
Memorial contributions may be made to the donor's choice.
