As we get ready to begin a new year 2007, Uncle DJ, has begun his new life with Jesus. no earthly problems can touch him ever again. Uncle DJ is safe in a place where he only feels contentment and pure Joy. I know he is up there making music for Jesus to listen too. I was blessed to know uncle DJ while he was here. I married into the family and it was the best blessing I've received..one of my fav memories of uncle DJ was when we where on the cruise in the beginning of 2006, he introduce me to the rest of my then new family...called me up in front of everyone and introduced me to Shirley & Little Bit...I will always hold that dear to me. Uncle DJ was a fighter and boy did he fight I was with him Tuesday of that week before he passed. He said he loves me and the other family members there, I will always keep that in my heart too. I know its sad time for us that he went away human wise, but spirit he is with our Jesus..It's only a matter of time before we all see him again..You're special Uncle DJ & Aunt Gloria...I love you both very much, may God bless you Aunt Gloria for comfort and peace, may you rest happily with God uncle DJ..

Hi Gloria---I was deeply saddened to hear of Dave's passing. We all know he was a great musician, but he was also a giant of gentleness, kindness, love & laughter. You just can't beat a combination like that. We will all miss him greatly. May your many wonderful memories bring you comfort & solace.
