David C. Fellenbaum, 67, of Mount Joy, passed away on Tuesday, March 25th, 2025, at the Hospice and Community Care Center. Born in North Carolina, David was a son of the late Charles M. & Katherine W. (Currin) Fellenbaum.
After graduating high school, David had dreams of starting his own fitness studio but later collected a significant number of Nautilus workout machines and enjoyed buying and selling them to others. He was a skilled residential and commercial painter for most of his life. He had a list of painting projects to attend to in retirement, and a few of them were accomplished. David's final career job was with Lancaster General Hospital in the maintenance department. He was also a sous chef at a number of well-regarded restaurants, and an enthusiastic home chef all his life. David lived his life by the Golden Rule of treating others the way he would want to be treated. His kind spirit will be deeply missed by all the lives he touched.
David is survived by a brother, Charles Fellenbaum of Colorado, and many cousins and extended family.
