David Joseph "Dave" Fitzgerald

Dave is a wonderful person, I enjoyed working with him. Always kind.

Rest in peace my friend. We worked together for many years at the Kings office. We go back even farther as you were the person we had to convince to change our "standard" grocery loads back in the days of SLIC. It brings me comfort to know that you are once again in the arms of your beloved wife.

Mike and the Fitzgerald family, I´m so sorry to hear about Dave. He was the first person to train me as a buyer at King Soopers. I also had the privilege to work with him more once when he moved to Cincinnati in the buying office.
I learned as much about the correct ways of buying as I learned from Mike on how to run great stores.
Dave will be missed but his knowledge will live in many people he worked with through the years.

So sorry for your loss Mike. No words can soothe the overwhelming feeling of loss when a brother is taken away. David´s kindness and guidance in our brief time together working in the buying department for King Soopers will always be a fond memory. Hope you are well Michael stay strong. C King
