David A. Frank

Passed away Monday morning, January 22, 2024 at his home. David was born January 27, 1940 in Schoolcraft, MI the son of Duane and Minnie (Reish) Frank and was raised on the family farm in Schoolcraft. After graduating from Mattawan High School he went on to further his education at Michigan State University where he studied agriculture. If you knew David you knew that he was very passionate about hunting, fishing, and traveling.

On January 26, 1961 he was united in marriage to his loving wife, Carol Louise (Masten) who preceded him in death on January 6, 2018. He was also preceded in death by his parents; sons, Michael and Jerry Frank; infant daughter, Sonja; grand-daughter, Ashley; and half sister, Kay. Dave is survived by his children, James (Sara) Frank, Debra Frank, Jason Frank; daughters-in-law, Chris Frank and Mary Frank Murphy; grandchildren, Colleen, Amber, Brandon, Taylor, Jordan, Jason, Austin, Jade, and Jayce; 3 great-grandchildren, Addy, Charles, and Louis; and several nieces and nephews. In accordance with his wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no services. Memorials may be directed to the ALS Association.
