David Freauff Obituary

In loving memory of David George Freauff, 75, of Live Oak, California, who left this earth to be with the Lord on June 13, 2024, after a long and difficult illness. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend.

He was born June 25, 1948, to Alexander and Eleanor Freauff in San Francisco, California. He was a Heating and A/C contractor for over 45 years working at Beale AFB then Bill Taylor until realizing his dream of starting his own business, Dave's Heating and Air in 1986.

After joining the 7th Day Adventist Church in Yuba City, California, you could find him helping out anytime someone needed help. He was always willing to help out anyone that needed him. His biggest joy was his two grandsons, Phillip and Dominic. Most days you could find them on the tractor riding around the field. His other love was riding motorcycles with his friends Bryan and Scott.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Alexander and Eleanor Freauff. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 43 years, Sandra Freauff; his daughter, Brianne Tomlinson; son-in-law, Michael Tomlinson; grandsons, Phillip and Dominis Tomlinson; his sisters, Sandra Zotalis and Donna.

A huge thank you goes to his best friend, Bryan Taylor (Bev); friends, Tom Sanders (Linda), and Phyla Caldwell. Also his adopted daughter, Lindsay; who helped him through the multiple hospital stays. He loved you all unconditionally.

There will be a service at the Gridley-Biggs Cemetary on Friday, June 21, 2024, at 10 am.
