David, born on November 13, 1959 in Dimmitt, Texas to Alicia Carranco and Jesus Tapia Garcia. He was a great son and a wonderful brother. He had a great work ethic and had a multiple array of skills from scaffold building, machinist, pipe fitter, crew supervisor just to name a few.
He was as loyal a friend that anyone could ever hope to have. A friend that you could always count on to be there if you were ever in need.

He is also survived by his best friend and partner in crime his brother Raymond Garcia and his long term girl friend Norma Castillo, each heart touched by his unique presence.
