DAVID GIESE
July 27, 1963 ˜ April 29, 2023

David Giese, beloved father, grandpa, son, brother, friend; tragically lost his life at the age of 59. David was preceded in death by son, Christopher; parents, Lynne and Merle. He is survived by daughter, Savannah; granddaughters, Abbi, Brooklynn and Charlotte; siblings, Adie, Kathy, Margo, nieces Kali and Shanna; long time friends, Sherri and Ramona; and his faithful clients.
Davids job was his passion and he was a master with all hair types. He owned, David’s HairDezigns, where he loved to make people feel confident. David loved music, was the ultimate Tanya Tucker fan and believed music should be played loud with extra bass! He loved vacationing in Jamaica, was a good person, who loved life and knew how to live it. He will be remembered and greatly missed.

I am often reminded of David. He was a great storyteller and made me laugh. He loved his family and was so proud of his daughter and granddaughters. He was a kind man and I was blessed to have known him. His is missed.

I'm utterly heartbroken at the loss of David. I only learned of this today and am completely shocked. David was so very kind and caring. He always told it like it was. We always had wonderful laughter and great stories. I feel as though I knew his friends and family by the way he talked about them. David always cared about me and we often talked about what was happening around us. He loved and hated styling my hair as it has a mind of its own. He fought and won every time while swearing the whole time. I absolutely adored him and am grateful for the last 15 years of knowing him and the wonderful memories he left me with.
I take solice that he is with his son now.
My deepest sympathy to his family and close friends who were very much like family to him.
I will always miss you.

My deepest sympathies to David's family and friends. My heart is saddened. David was a kind, caring and wonderful man. He was funny too and always told great stories and made me laugh. He was so proud of his grandchildren and loved, his family and friends very much. I will miss him.

David, and I were really close. He taught me this dance routine, so we could do it on the dance floor, I was nervous, but David always made me feel comfortable. The song came on for the routine to work, so we got out there to dance, people started moving off of the floor so we had more room. When we finished, people came up and asked how long we had been dancing together, we both said 2 weeks. They said we looked like Ginger Rogers and Fred Astaire. That was one of our moments we talked about a lot.
David you were the bestest friend anyone could ever of ask for. I miss and love you so much

I am so heartbroken. I worked with David for years and just reconnected with him last August when he reached out needing a haircut. I´m happy I got to reminisce all our good times back in the day and reconnect! He was such an amazing, fun and kind soul! I will miss you my friend. David has been first my Hair dresser, and then my friend. Every hair appointment was filled with laughter, David was such a funny guy, and had the best stories. I miss him more than I can say. My condolences to his family and close friends, he spoke of you all often. What wonderful memories you all must have. Those stories he told about you were hysterical. Rest in Peace my friend, and thank you for always making me look better leaving then I did walking through the door.

David was such a sweetheart. We had been going to him for over 20 years. He was so kind and helpful as my husband went through Alzheimers. May he rest in peace and his family take comfort in knowing that he was loved by many.

I've know David for about 20 years. I started as a client and ended up doing his books for the past 15 years. He was not only my hairdresser and client he was my friend. What happened is not right. You and your family will forever be in my heart!!! Rest in Peace David!!

I've had the privilege of knowing David as a hair client for the last few years, and felt he was also a true friend. He deeply cared about people. To his family and treasured friends, I can only offer this virtual HUG: David was a fantastic hair stylist and a one in a million kind of a guy. He had true integrity and honesty and put other people's needs above his own. I will always remember his terrific humor, his kind voice, and his deep compassion for all people. I'm still reeling from the news and it will take quite some time for the pain of losing my friend to fade. I take comfort in knowing that at long last he is reunited with his loved ones. Rest in peace, David, my big brother. I will never forget you.

I first met David not too long after he professionally became a hair stylist. That was a few decades ago and we became lifelong client and buddies. His humor and warmth always brought me joy and I will forever hold him and his family in my hearts. Rest in power David.
