David Halley Obituary
David was born on June 19, 1963 to the late Jack F. and Helen M. (Anspaugh) Halley in Marion, Ohio.
David graduated from Harding High School Class of 1981. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and golfing. He loved his cats, Hugo and Otis. He loved attending Cincinnati Reds games with his Dad and brother when they were younger. He enjoyed watching the Miami Dolphins and the Cleveland Browns play football. He and his brother, Michael spent time together going to car races. He will truly be missed by family and friends.
David was preceded in death by his parents, his sister, Kathleen M. Halley, his grandparents, James and Mayme Anspaugh and his nephew, Michael Halley II. Those who will cherish his memories include his brother, Michael (Pam) Halley of Elkhart, Indiana; his nieces Jenny (Aric Smith) Geyer of Marion, Ohio and Beth (James Kee) of Marion, Ohio and nephew Brian (Jim) Russell of Galion, Ohio.
He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, great nieces and a great nephew.
Family and friends may come to honor David's life at a graveside service on February 5, 2022 at 11:00am at Marion Cemetery. Donations may be given in David's memory to Homeless to Home Animal Rescue and Cat Sanctuary, 1745 Marion-Waldo Rd, Marion, Ohio 43302 and/or Marion Area Humane Society, 2264 Richland Rd, Marion, Ohio 43302. The Boyd Funeral Home is honored to be serving the Halley family.

May you RIP David! I enjoyed our times together E RT visits...lunch outings...golfing...remote control Camaro driving...and all the chasing to and from other wards! I totally enjoyed your presence! Love you! RiP!
