David Hartzell Obituary
David was born on October 19, 1967 in Potosi, MO, the son of Charles Middleton and Mary Alberta Hartzell.
He is survived by his two brothers, Bill Hartzell of Shelbina, MO and Gary Hartzell (Kathy Woods) of Troy, MO; two sisters, Mary Radford (Bill Johnson) of Desloge, MO and Nancy Hartzell (Jim Evans) of Potosi, MO; and several nieces, nephews, and other extended family members.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and one sister, Norma Basinger.
David enjoyed fishing, hunting, and watching Western shows. He loved visiting with family and friends and always looked forward to a few drinks and listening to music.
No services will be held at this time.
