David Hasenflu Obituary
In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by a brother, Dennis Hasenflu.
Along with his mother, he is survived by one son, David Wyatt Hasenflu and his wife Tiffany of Pawleys Island, SC; two daughters, April Keith and her husband, Rev. Joshua of Murrells Inlet, SC and Tifany Ann Morgan of Elizabeth City, NC; one brother, Chris Hasenflu and his wife, Diane of Rochefter, PA; one sister, Diane Nesbitt and her husband, Stephen of Kernersville, NC; and eight grandchildren, Grayson, Emma, Isabel, Jackson, Brandon, Aiden, Kaylee and William.
David proudly served in the United States Air Force as an air traffic controller. He was a member of Belin United Methodist Church and he attended Salem United Methodist Church. He enjoyed cooking and loved to shoot sporting clays at Backwoods Quail Club. He also enjoyed his long-time job at AQUINO'S Japanese Steakhouse where he was known as "Super Dave."
Service will be held at a later date. The family has requested that memorial donations be made in David's name to the American Legion, 3950 US-17 BUS, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576.

Happy memories of playing backyard football and softball. 50 mile canoe trip on the Allegheny River with the Boy Scouts. Hunting and camping with the Hasenflu brothers.

so very very sorry to see that David has passed. He dated my sister, Toni for a couple of years in the late 60s and early 70s -- and was always a great guy. We attended Crestview Church in Callery and I very much remember him coming to our home for dinners and visits.....he will be very much missed......
