He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Gail Bradley Hayes; son, Thomas Peedin (Marie) of Goldsboro; daughter, Crystal Peedin of Pine Level; brother, Joe Hayes of Virginia; sisters, Sylvia Wall (Donnie) of Benson and Linda Stephenson of Smithfield; 4 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
Services will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Baker's Chapel Church with the Reverend Gene Dewitt officiating.
