David Hepper Obituary
David K. Hepper, age 67, of Big Stone City, formerly of Milbank, SD, passed away on February 18, 2026, at his residence.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 27, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Living Word Lutheran Church in Milbank. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 26, from 4:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Living Word Lutheran Church. A prayer service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Visitation will continue at the church on Friday, one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Milbank City Cemetery.
