Harold H. Hepper, 100, passed away on Friday, July 5, 2024 at Sanford Hospital. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 on Friday, July 12, 2024 at Bethel Lutheran Church, 615 E. Turnpike Ave, Bismarck, with burial at the ND Veterans Cemetery, Mandan at 1:00 P.M.
