David Alan Jackson, born on December 28, 1939, in Fort Worth, Texas, passed away peacefully on March 31, 2025, in Venus, Texas. He was a cherished husband, father, and friend who brought joy and love to all who knew him.
David is survived by his three children: Gregory Alan Jackson and Jenifer Justine Jackson, who were his pride and joy, as well as Chad Geyer Spear. He also cherished his brother, Faron King, who has been a source of strength and companionship throughout David's life.
He was preceded in death by his devoted wife, Glenda Jackson, whose memory remains etched in the hearts of those who knew them. Their bond was a testament to the power of love and partnership.
Visitation services will be held on April 11, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Blessing Funeral Home, located at 401 Elm Street, Mansfield, Texas. Friends and family are invited to gather to pay their respects and celebrate David's remarkable life. A graveside service will follow on April 12, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Mansfield Cemetery, where he will be laid to rest.
