Very sad to hear of Dave's passing. Will miss his big heart and humor. We were away and just found out. Blessings to Kitty and the family.

I am very sorry to hear about Dave's passing. We worked together at Monroe County DOT - Dave was a hard worker and always had stories to tell us of his previous exploits.
