Johnson, David C.

Age 65 of Coon Rapids, passed away on January 10, 2026. Preceded in death by his father, Gary Johnson; brother, Michael Johnson; sister, Tami Brue; and father-in-law, Roland Sederholm.

He will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Lynn; step-sons, Daniel Daly and Colton (Suzy) Daly; mother, Carol Johnson; sister, Teri (Herman) Cruz; brother, Doug (Jackie) Johnson; nephews, Bradley Peterson and Daniel (Gina) Peterson; nieces, Kayla (Max) Mata and Aimee (Conner) Brue; Ellie and Edward Mata; mother-in-law, Janice Sederholm; sister-in-law, Dede (Rob) Olds; brothers-in-law, Terry (Sharon) Sederholm and Mark Brue and many other family and friends.

David Charles "Dave", was born on February 20th, 1960 in Rush City, MN. His family later moved to Coon Rapids were he spent his early years until graduating in 1978.

He earned his degree in printing after high school and was dedicated to that career till retirement, summer of 2025.

Dave loved watching football, both professional and college. He also loved to travel, especially on cruise ship vacations with his wife, Lynn. Amongst other activities, snorkeling and e-biking were also some of his favorites.

A prayer service will be held on Wednesday, January 21, at 11AM with visitation one hour prior at St. Stephen's Catholic Church (525 Jackson St., Anoka). Interment Lakewood Cemetery.
