David Juliano of New Rochelle, New York passed away peacefully at home on Monday, June 29th, 2020 surrounded by his loving family. He was 59 years old. Born in New York City to John and Dolores Juliano, David was the youngest of 3 children. He was raised in the Throggs Neck area of the Bronx before moving to Pelham Manor. He attended St. Frances De Chantal School in the Bronx and Our Lady of Perpetual Help School in Pelham Manor before graduating from Salesian High School in 1979. After graduating high school, David studied business at Iona College. His degree served him well when he started Juliano's Caterers in New Rochelle with his brother John. Juliano's celebrated its 34th year in business this past April. David had a diverse interest in sports. As an avid golfer, he was a member of Leewood Country Club for many years. He played softball for most of his life in both New Rochelle and Pelham leagues. Like his mother Dolores, he was a die-hard Mets, Nets, Jets and Islanders fan. He loved game shows, attending concerts, Broadway shows and traveling, but most of all he loved spending time with his family, friends and dogs—especially Amber. David will be remembered as a witty, humorous, honest and caring gentleman. His sons remember him as thoughtful, composed, generous, and a wonderful father. He is survived by his wife Sandy, his children Justin, David and Evan, his step children Nicole (Richard) Laecca, Paul (Julia) Antonioli, his grandchildren Alana, Xavier, Dominic and Maya, his father John Juliano Sr. and his brother John Juliano Jr. He is predeceased by his mother Dolores Juliano and his brother Steven Juliano. A celebration of David's life will be held on Wednesday, July 8th from 4-8pm at the Pelham Funeral Home located at 64 Lincoln Avenue in Pelham. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in David's name to Hospice Care in Westchester and Putnam, Inc., 540 White Plains Road Suite 300 Tarrytown New York 10591. With everyone's health and NY regulations in mind, the number of visitors must be monitored. Mourners will be asked to be patient and must prepare to wait outside the Funeral Home. Visitors will be cycled through while practicing social distancing so that all may have the chance to pay their respects. Please remember, the sick, elderly and those with compromised health, should avoid public settings.

I had the pleasure of teaching David at Salesian High School and it was only until recently I was able to reconnect through Facebook. He asked for prayers and I have honored that request from that moment on and will continue to be remembered. All the memories I read of him are true. I was especially honored to attend his prom at the Copacabana. I was very fortunate to have known him and he and his family will remain in my prayers for years to come.

David, I will always remember our summers together with you, Johnny, Steven, Dee and me out here in "the country"...Hicksville!! You were always a complete innocent and the sweetest person I ever knew in our childhood and contuned to be the sweetest man I ever knew in my life going forward. I will never forget you, I'll never stop missing you, and I'll never stop loving you David.

Our sincerest sympathies to the Juliano's family. My parents owned the restaurant and barbershop across the street and the family has always been so gracious and very supportive especially when my dad passed 5 years ago. Hoping the family finds comfort in all the memories, love and support from one another and peace knowing you all have gained an angel to watch over you.
