David Andrew Thomas Justi

David Andrew Thomas Justi, 24, of Wayne, Pennsylvania, died on March 3, 2026 in Philadelphia, PA after one final brief but valiant fight for health. A beautiful young man, David passed peacefully within the embrace of his parents. David was born in Bryn Mawr, PA in 2001. He attended The Arc First Step in West Chester, PA and The Child and Career Development Center in Coatesville, PA. David was a lover of music and of nature, spending time enjoying those interests. He loved the outdoors and was deeply in tune with birdsong and the rustling of wind-tossed leaves. He knew how to find abundant joy in simple things, regardless of any and all circumstances. David's impact on all who knew him was broad and lasting, and continues to reveal itself even after his death. He continues to inspire strength, love and joy in all who knew him.

David was a precious son to David and Kathy Justi and beloved brother to Julia and Emma Justi, as well as his canine brother and best friend, Charlie Justi. He was the heart and soul of his grandmother, Betty Justi. David enjoyed the love and tenderness of bountiful aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was an integral and celebrated member of this fortunate family; though we feel the loss of his presence deeply, we will continue to celebrate his life through joyful gatherings and shared memories.

David is also survived by a team of extraordinary caregivers and friends, a community of loving champions who were instrumental in his amazing quarter century on earth. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Thomas Royal Justi, John James Barron, and Dorothy Marie Barron (nee Arnold), his Uncle John, Aunt Mary, all of whom doted on him in life and waited faithfully to greet him as he arrived in heaven. David will know his cousin Baby Marion, whom he was not blessed to meet on earth, but has discovered in heaven.

Funeral services are at 11:00 am on Mon. March 16, 2026 at Church of The Redeemer, 230 Pennswood Rd., Bryn Mawr, PA 19010. Burial will follow in the Churchyard and reception will follow in the Parish House.
