David Kapeller

David Kapeller, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away on February 13, 2025, at the age of 83. He was born on February 9, 1942, and lived a life full of love, dedication, and cherished moments with family and friends.

David is survived by his devoted wife, Dorothy Kapeller, who stood by his side throughout their journey together. He was the proud father of three sons: Terry (Patricia) Kapeller, Todd (Joy) Kapeller, and Troy (Kathe) Kapeller. David was also a loving father to his daughter, Melissa (Randy) Mays. His legacy continues through his eleven cherished grandchildren: Cynthia, Christina, Brandon, Samantha, Kaylee, Tessa, Alycia, Austin, Abigail, Jessica, and Hunter, as well as five great-grandchildren. David's family was the cornerstone of his life, and he took immense pride in their accomplishments and happiness.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Silvia Kapeller, and his father, Marcelus Kapeller. Though they are no longer with us, their memory carries on through the stories shared and lessons imparted to the generations that followed.

The family invites friends and loved ones to pay their respects during visitation on February 17, 2025, from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM, followed by a funeral service at 11:30 AM at Newcomer Funeral Home, St. Peters, located at 837 Mid Rivers Mall Dr, St. Peters, MO 63376. David will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by all who knew him.
