David E. Kinnick, a loving and dedicated husband, passed away peacefully on December 29, 2025, at the age of 74 in his beloved hometown of Indianapolis. Born on December 14, 1951, David was a cherished member of his community and a loving presence in the lives of those who knew him.

Professionally, David devoted many years of his life to Shadeland Dodge, where he worked as a service technician. His commitment to his craft and his colleagues was evident in everything he did. David was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus.

David's greatest pride was his enduring marriage to his wife, Debra Kinnick. They spent 40 wonderful years together. Their shared love for travel, biking, and camping created countless cherished memories. David and Debra’s bond was a testament to their unwavering love and partnership.

David was also known for his companionship with his dog, Reggie, who became his best friend and a dear family pet.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Debra Kinnick, sister Karen Errett, son Anthony Kinnick, stepchildren Jeffrey Robey and Stacy Robey, 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

David is predeceased by his parents, Robert and N. Eleise Kinnick, and his brother Bob Kinnick.

David Kinnick will be remembered for his loving spirit, devotion to family, and his unwavering dedication to his work and passions. He leaves behind a legacy of love and friendship that will be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

A visitation will be held in his honor 10-11am January 30th, 2026, following with a funeral mass at 11am all to take place at Holy Spirit Catholic Church 7243 E 10th St, Indianapolis, IN 46219.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Dave's name to God's Embrace Coffee Shop, 1040 N. Post Rd. Indianapolis, IN 46219.
