David Lynn Klein

David was born on August 1, 1963 in Lawton, OK to Carl Allen and Rosalie (Mann) Klein. He grew up in Lawton and attended school at Eisenhower High School. David worked with his father at their family business, Family Furniture. He later worked in construction and was an all around handyman. David loved listening to music, spending time with his family and friends, and watching westerns, OU football games, and Nascar. He enjoyed camping high up in the Rocky Mountains of Durango, CO while spending time with family, especially around the campfire.

Mr. Klein passed away on Friday, February 27, 2026 at the age of 62 in Lawton after a lengthy battle with cancer.

He is survived by his siblings, Gary Klein, Mark Klein, Travis Klein, and Colin Klein, all of Lawton, Roger Klein and wife, Patti Klein, of Chickasha, Kevin Klein of Plant City, Florida, Carla Ann Hopkins and husband, Chuck Hopkins, of Oklahoma City, Gayla Young and husband, Aaron Young, of Lawton; and many other loving family members and friends.

Mr. Klein is preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Rosalie Klein; his twin brother, Daryl Klein; and brother, Ronnie Klein, all of Lawton.

Arrangements are under the direction of Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home.

There will be a private family service that will be announced at a later date.
