David Koopmann Obituary
David Koopmann, 63, of Benton, Arkansas passed away April 5, 2023. He was born November 21, 1959 in Biloxi, Mississippi to Fred Felix Koopmann and Bessie E. Helmick Koopmann.
David worked as a diesel truck driver. His most recent employment was at J.A. Rigg Tractor Supply in Little Rock in the parts and shipping department. David retired after serving over twenty years in the volunteer fire department in the Salem community. He enjoyed yard work on his tractor. David also liked driving his big rigs over the road. He was an avid fan of NASCAR. David was intrigued with all things mechanical until his health began to decline.
David leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife, Diane Koopmann of Benton, Arkansas; son, Colton Koopmann of Texas; daughter, Deanna Lee Koopmann of Benton, Arkansas; and a host of family and friends who love David and will miss him always.
Memorials may be made to the Arkansas Food Bank or to the Salem Fire Department.
