David Louis Krog, 83, of Elgin, Illinois, passed away on August 2, 2025 in Grovetown, GA.
David was born Elgin, IL to Elmer and Eileen (nee Lohse) Krog on March 30, 1942. He went to school at Burlington, IL. He married Karin (nee Peterson) Krog on January 7, 1967 in Elgin, IL. He graduated from Burlington Central High School, Plato Center, IL.
He worked as an assembler for CV-Tek for a number of years. He was a veteran in the Army. He was involved in Valley Model Railroad Club for over 60 years.
David is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by Karin Krog; three sons, Michael (Dawn), Matthew (Lisa) and Mark; brother, Dale (Cindy) and 5 grandchildren.

The family of David wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Helping Hands Hospice.
Memorial services, followed by visitation, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 9, 2025 at Advent Lutheran Church, Augusta, GA with the Pastors Jason and Andrea officiating. Burial will follow after a memorial service in Illinois at a later date.
