David is survived by his brother, Ralph Kundtz, Jr.; his sister, Lucia M. Green and husband, Robert; and his nephews, Andy and Matt Green and Ralph Paul Kundtz.
At his request, no formal service will be held.
Services have been entrusted to Seymour Funeral Home and Cremation Service.

Mr. David was a good friend of mine from center stage theater. My favorite memory with him was dancing with him and having fun with in A Christmas Carol. I will miss him, but his memory will live on. Until we meet again, Mr. David.
