David Ashford Law

David Ashford Law, born on July 12, 1980, in Randolph County, North Carolina, passed away on November 6, 2025, at the age of 45. He departed this life at Novant Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem, surrounded by love and family.

David was the beloved son of the late Marshall and Deborah Kennedy Law and brother to the late Joseph "Joey" Law. He spent his formative years attending Seagrove Elementary School and Southwest Randolph Schools, where he began forming lifelong friendships and cherished memories.

David's professional journey saw him dedicating many years of service as a machine operator within the lumber yard at a local furniture manufacturing business. He was known for his strong work ethic and commitment, attributes that earned him the respect and admiration of his colleagues.

In his younger years, David found joy in the great outdoors, often spending his leisure time fishing, camping, and enjoying fun-filled moments with his family and friends. His warm spirit and infectious laughter were a source of happiness to those around him.

David is survived by his loving daughter, Alexandra Hussey and her fiancé Chase Weeks of Ohio; his devoted brother, Charles "Chuck" Law of Asheboro; and his cherished grandchild, Nash Weeks. He also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends who will forever hold him in their hearts.

The family, in honoring David's wishes, will hold private services of remembrance at a later date. Though he has left this earthly realm, he remains ever-present in the hearts of those who loved him.
