Raymond L. Johnson
CLINTON — Raymond Leon Johnson, 61, of 110 Jefferson St., passed away Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at his home.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, March 10, at Colonial Heights Freewill Baptist Church, 1140 W. Elizabeth St., Clinton, with the Rev. Tim Gore and the Rev. Gene Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the Clinton City Cemetery.
Raymond, born in 1955 in Sampson County, was the son of the late Linwood Johnson and Estelle Tevepaugh Johnson. He was a truck driver for Prestage Farms.
Survivors include his wife, Vickie Hobbs Johnson; son, Chad Johnson and wife Tracy; daughters, Amanda Lockamy and Crystal Johnson; grandchildren, Tyler Johnson, Kylie Johnson, Hailey Lockamy and Tori Johnson; special friends, Paige Tatum and Chris Johnson; brother Jimmy Johnson; sister, Faye Osborne of Harrells; sister-in-law, Helen Mitchell and husband Durwood of Roseboro, and Joyce Smith of Fayetteville; many loved nieces and nephews; and his fur baby, Sophie.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, March 9, at Crumpler-Honeycutt Funeral Home, 118 Fayetteville St., Clinton, N.C. 28328 and at other times at the home.

So sorry for your loss, I know he will be sadly missed. He and my brother Frankie Jones use to be best friends and after my brother passed away we lost touch. You all will be in my prayers and thoughts.
