David Lord Sr.

David C Lord, Sr., 85, our wonderful father and grandfather fell asleep on February 12, 2024 and is now awaiting the return of Jesus Christ to this earth. David was predeceased by his parents Floyd and Dorothy Lord, his wife Chrystal, brothers Austin and Raymond. He is survived by his loving sons David (Beverly) Lord Jr., and Jamie (Shawn) Lord; granddaughters, Calee (Philip) Sanford, Cassie (Steven) Hunsberger, and Dorothy Lord, 4 great grandchildren, Abby, Samuel, Natalie and Leah and nieces, nephews. Many thanks to niece Georgia Nickerson and Aleith Hunter for the loving help they gave him in his last days. David retired from NYSEG as an associate engineer with 33 years of service.
A funeral service will be held Monday, February 19, 2024 at 4 pm at the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott, NY with the Pastor and Northeast Regional Director for the Philadelphia Church of God, officiating. Burial will be in Port Crane Cemetery in the spring. The family will receive friends from 2 pm until the time of service at the memorial home.
