My condolences, Dave was a loving husband and father. He livened things up with his sense of humor. He will be greatly missed by all who had the honor of knowing him.

RIP Dave, I´m sure you and Neil are talking about old times up there already. You are the best neighbor we had.

Dave was one of the happiest dad´s I knew and for sone reason I remember the zeal with which he trained for the transplant Olympics. My sympathies go out to the whole family.
