Found peace surrounded by his loving family on August 6, 2022 at the age of 62.
Beloved husband of Rae Jean for 43 years. Loving father of Steven Lukaszewski, Stacy (Christopher) Kinder, Ryan (Courtnee) Lukaszewski and Logan Lukaszewski. Proud pa-pop of Michael David Lukaszewski. Proud step grandfather of CJ and Evelynn Kinder. Also loved and survived by Sisters, Brothers, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
David was a proud teamster member of Local 344 and worked for UPS for 42 years. He was a 34-year kidney transplant survivor and participated in the Transplant Survivor Olympics. David enjoyed all the time he spent with his children going fishing and sporting events.
Memorial service at Christ United Methodist Church, 5200 S 48th St, Greenfield, WI 53220, on Saturday, August 20 at 2 PM. With Pastor Mao officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials to the family are appreciated.

Dave was one of the happiest dad´s I knew and for sone reason I remember the zeal with which he trained for the transplant Olympics. My sympathies go out to the whole family.
