David, age 70 of Bluffton, South Carolina passed away Thursday, January 1, 2026.
David was born in Greensburg Pennsylvania. He was proceeded in death by his father, Robert mother Elizabeth, brother James, and mother-in-law, Mildred Ryan.
David is survived by his wife of 44 years, Pam, his sister-in-law, Laurie Ryan, brother Robert (Gail) and his beloved dogs Gracie and Taco.
David and Pam moved to South Carolina in 2012 after they retired. David worked for First Energy where he was director of Compensation and Benefits.
David loved the sun, the beach, the ocean and spending time relaxing on the beach. He also loved to travel to Aruba.
He was a huge animal lover and volunteered at several animal organizations.
David was a huge fan of his hometown NFL team, the Pittsburgh Steelers.
The family will receive friends beginning at 10 am Thursday, January 22 followed by a memorial service at 11 am at Sauls Funeral Home in Bluffton, South Carolina.
Remembrances may be made to Animal Friends of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, or Palmetto Animal league of Bluffton, South Carolina.
