Dear Joanna and family,
I am truly saddened to see that Dave has passed away. He hired me at General Dynamics and took the chance that I could do the job since I was the first female to be hired for the job. When I went for my interview, I had to climb a ladder up to a sphere. He was climbing after me and I remember that my hard hat fell off and hit Dave. I figured that episode would keep me from getting hired. Well, he did hire me and I was able to retire from GD.
I remember you and your sons from church in Summerville. I can't believe they are grown, married and you have a grandchild.
May God bless you and your family and may your memories of Dave comfort you. Praying for you and wishing you many blessings. Take care.
