David McElroy Obituary
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at Culpepper Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow at Friendship Cemetery, Vaiden, MS. Visitation will be Wednesday from 12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Culpepper Funeral Home. Daniel Jolley will officiate.
David is survived by his wife, Melissa McElroy; daughter, Chelsea Huggins of French Camp, MS; grandchild, Allie Brooke Huggins; and brother Mark McElroy (Rhonda) of Vaiden, MS.
David was a retired self- employed contract log hauler for Vaiden Lumber and a volunteer fireman for Friendship Fire Department. David attended Bethsaida Baptist Church.
David was preceded in death by his parents James Carl and Kathleen Irwin McElroy; brother Doug McElroy; sister Carlene Hodges; and nephew Corey McElroy.
