David Gordon Moore

David Gordon Moore 66, of St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Monday, August 19, 2024 at Smithville Lake. He was born July 3, 1958 in St. Joseph, Missouri, son of the late Barbara & Gerald Moore. He worked at Triumph Foods as a Quality Control Supervisor for over 14 years. David was an avid outdoorsman, who enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, and riding his motorcycle. He was an avid Chiefs fan, who enjoyed being around family and friends. David was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Lawrence Moore. He is survived by sister, Teresa (Steven) Petty, Clarinda, IA, brother, Randy Moore, Saint Joseph, MO, as well as numerous cousins. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm on Wednesday at the Rupp Funeral Home. Memorials are requested to the Noyes Home.
