David Howard Mulholland, 81, of Spring Hill, Florida passed away on Tuesday, February 25, 2025. Dave was born in Brooklyn, New York, to William and Annie Mulholland on July 13, 1943. Dave served seven and one half years in the United States Marine Corps. He was a Marine Security Guard for the San Salvador, El Salvador, American Embassy. He was also stationed in Okinawa, Japan, and other Marine Corps posts. He graduated from Strayer College with a degree in Business Administration after leaving the Marines. His primary jobs over the next 45 years were in Sales and Marketing. His last place of employment was with the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners in the Community Development Division. Dave retired in 2011 and enjoyed a wonderful 14 years of retirement playing golf and cruising to many countries around the world. While retired at Timber Pines, Springhill, Florida, Dave was elected to the Board of Directors at Timber Pines from 2013 to 2016. Survivors include his loving wife, Cathy Mulholland; sons, Ronald Mulholland (Kim) and Mat Mulholland (Carlie). Three grandchildren Jenna, Spencer and Mason; and many nieces and nephews. Dave will be missed by all who knew him and loved him.
