David was born in Warren on January 18, 1964, the son of the late David and Barbara (Seckman) Neely Sr.
He attended Southeast High School and was a talented auto mechanic.
David enjoyed playing guitar and watching his favorite team, the Cleveland Browns. He had an interest in paranormal activity. In his spare time, he enjoyed being outdoors camping and fishing. His greatest joy was his family and spending time with them.
He is survived by his wife Denise Zenisek Neely who he married December 8, 1990; 5 children, Christopher, Roxanne, David III, Ashley, and Nicole; 3 siblings, Phillip, Charles, and Sherry; 9 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and his Uncle Mike Pauley.
In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Robin, and Kim; and his stepmother, Sharon Neely.
