David W. O'Donnell, Jr., age 74, of Philadelphia, PA passed away on Sunday, February 15, 2026.
He was born in Norristown, PA on July 9, 1951, the son of the late David W. O'Donnell, Sr. and the late Kathleen M. Elliott.
David was a longtime resident of the Queen Village section of Philadelphia and was active in the Queen Village Neighbor's Association. He was the President of David Williams Clothiers Custom Clothing and Accessories. He was also a member of the Custom Tailor's and Designer's Association.
He is survived by his husband, Anthony "Tony" Moran; sister, Kaylan Elliott; nieces, Lora, Kara, Jacqueline and Alyssa; and grand nieces Ava, Dominic and Sophia.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his nephew, Brendan Elliott.
His Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, February 23, 2026 at 11:00 AM from St. Francis of Assisi Church, 600 Hamilton Street, Norristown, PA 19401.
Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing on Monday morning from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Church prior to Mass.
Interment will immediately follow the service in Riverside Cemetery, West Norriton, PA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Queen Village Neighbors Association at https://www.qvna.org/donate.
