David Henry Ostrout, Sr, 67, of Brownington died December 10, 2009 in Lebanon,NH. He was born May 3, 1942 in Barton a son of Frank and Katherine (Pope) Ostrout. He is survived by his children: David Ostrout, Jr of Morrisville, Richard Ostrout of Barre, Donna of Morrisville, Roland Ostrout of Morrisville, Gail of St. Johnsbury, and Joey of Morrisville, and by 14 grandchildren. He is also survived by a sister Dorothy Aiken of Newport, and three nephews: Kenneth, Kermit and Keith Aiken and by his former x-wives Virginia Richardson of Morrisville and Mary Rushlow of Concord. He was predeceased by a brother Kenneth Pope and a sister Shirley Ostrout. Friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. on Wednesday December 16,2009 at the Curtis-Britch-Converse-Rushford Memorial Chapel, 37 Lake Road, Newport where funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday December 17,2009 with the Rev. Martha Peck officiating. Spring interment in Mountainview Cemetery in Lowell. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Curtis-Britch-Converse-Rushford Funeral Home, locally family owned and operated.
