David Dwayne Owen passed away peacefully in his home in Floresville, Texas on Monday, March 2, 2026, at the age of 65. He was born May 10, 1960 in Kingsville, TX to Lacy "Buster" and Jeanne Owen.

David worked at Plant Fabricators Incorporated in Floresville, TX for 29 years. He was also a man of many hobbies, including fishing, football, and gun collecting.
