David Stephenson Parks

David Stephenson Parks was welcomed into the loving arms of Jesus on Monday, December 29, 2025. Born on December 29, 2025, in Wayne County, David was the deeply loved and cherished son of Jacob and Brooke Parks.
Though David's time on earth was brief, his life was full of meaning. He was known and loved before he was ever seen, and his tiny life forever changed the hearts of his family. David will always be remembered as a precious gift-perfect, pure, and dearly loved. His family finds comfort in knowing that he knew only warmth, peace, and the presence of his Savior.
A private graveside service will be held for the family at the Parks Family Farm.
In addition to his parents, David is lovingly survived by his grandparents, Wanda Daughtry and Jeff and Shawn Parks; great-grandparents, Lloyd and Bonnie Cook; and his uncle, Johnny Parks. He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, David and Josephine Daughtry and Robert "Ham" and Lois Parks.
While his parents grieve the loss of dreams held close to their hearts, they also hold fast to the promise that they will see David again. Until that joyful reunion, his memory will live on in every quiet moment, every whispered prayer, and every heartbeat filled with love.
