David George Perks(65) born on April 8, 1959 in Birmingham England, lost his valiant battle with Huntington’s Disease on January 28, 2025. David loved the outdoors, spending many years in scouting as a youth, serving as a Cub Master, and a father of two Eagle Scouts. He loved hunting birds with his beloved Irish Setter Ally, and found great joy sitting in the woods waiting for a deer to pass by every season.
David is survived by his wife of 35 years Judy(Miller) Perks, son Justin Perks (Dona), son Tyler Perks, grandson Otis Perks, Mother Jean Willis, brothers Robert, Kenneth(Jenny), Richard, and Raymond Perks, sisters Leslie Fisher, and JoAnn(John) Callen, many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by father Peter Perks, brothers Mark and Douglas Perks, nieces Ashlie and Alyssa Fisher.
There will be a celebration of life for David at 3101 Alkire Rd. Grove City OH 43123 on Saturday February 8, 2025 from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. In honor of his battle with Huntington’s disease donations can be made at centralohio.hdsa.org.
