David Elliot “Dave” Perry, age 84, of Biloxi, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 26, 2026.
Born on April 4, 1941, in Lake Providence, LA, Dave was the son of Charles and Latzle Perry. He graduated from the University of Southwestern Louisiana in 1979 and proudly served his country for 21 years in the United States Air Force. After his military career, he continued serving others through his work in Radio and Television Broadcasting and as an Emergency Medical Technician.
Dave was a lifelong learner who cherished reading and never missed the chance to cheer on his beloved New Orleans Saints. He will be remembered for his dedication, his kindness, and the steady presence he brought to those who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Latzle Perry.
Dave is survived by his loving wife, Vicki; his son, Victor Scot; and his cherished dog, Lungbella.
Visitation will be held at 10:30 AM on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at Heritage United Methodist Church, followed by a funeral service at 11:30 AM. A short reception will take place after the service. Interment will be held at 1:30 PM at Biloxi National Cemetery.
