I remember him well from his days at UIUC NROTC and later with the College of Engineering. A friend and advocate for students, whose door was always open. Many fond memories of this remarkable man.

Dear Barb and family,
I am so sorry you had to say goodbye to your soulmate of 60 years, but you know with confidence that you will be together again for eternity. We Mounties were so blessed with spouses who loved us all, joining us for so many reunions and special events at the Mount. Dave was one of them for which we are all so grateful. His friendly smile, kindness and humor will remain with us until we meet again. God bless your family as you celebrate his spectacular life.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
I remember meeting David when I was in K.C. for a Mt.ies reunion.
What an exceptional man he was in every way--a husband, family man, generous person with and outstanding career!
