David Purdy

David Purdy, 71, left us on October 9, 2024. He was a Christian and a member of Central United Methodist Church in Lenoir City. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gillus and Mildred Purdy and his brother, Richard Purdy. He leaves his wife, Debby Purdy; sister, Mary Jane Raymer and husband, Doug; children, Jennifer Benson and husband, Jake and Mary Beth Wilson and husband, Mike; and brother and sister-in-law, Dennis and Christy Pope. He was Pappy to his favorite grandchildren, Claire Franklin (Ryan), Cameron Benson, Gavin Wilson and Ava Wilson. He also leaves several nieces and nephews.
