David Wayne Quattlebaum Jr., 49, of Pineland, South Carolina, formerly of Eutawville, passed away on Thursday, December 25, 2025.
Born on December 31, 1975, in Orangeburg, South Carolina, Wayne was the son of Rhonda Watkins Cox and David Wayne Quattlebaum Sr.
Wayne worked as a truck driver and mechanic and had recently become an ordained minister. He enjoyed spending time with his dogs and reading the Bible.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Mildred Williams, and a cousin, Brenda Soto.
Wayne is survived by his daughter, Destiny Quattlebaum; his companion, Becky Bell; his mother, Rhonda Cox; his father, David Quattlebaum Sr. (Claudia); brother, Dan Cox (Virginia); granddaughter, Adelyn Grace Crummitt; aunts, uncles, cousins and several nieces and nephews; and his faithful pets, Boregard and Oscar.
Services will be held privately by the family.
