David Ragan Obituary
David Brian Ragan, born on August 24th, 1980, in Saint Louis, Missouri, a loving son and father; departed this life on April 10th, 2025, in Cadet, Missouri, at the age of 44. David was a beacon of love and strength to those who knew him.
He is survived by his mother, Barbara Sue (Allen) Foddy of Cadet, Missouri, and his stepfather, William "Bill" Foddy of Cadet, Missouri, along with his devoted son, Jamieson Alan Riddle, of Saint Charles, Missouri. David is preceded in death by his father, Melvin Claude Ragan.
David left an indelible mark on the hearts of his family and friends, they will carry forward the love and many memories of him.
